Frames

We offer a choice of three standard frames with most of our blinds. All come in a smooth matt black finish, a simple style that suits a range of décors and compliments the blind.

Our standard matt black frames - 23mm, 34mm and 40mm

First is the popular 23mm faced frame (above left) which is 31mm deep. Our second frame is the low-profile 34mm faced frame (above middle) and is just 16mm deep. Third is our favourite, the chunky 40mm faced frame (above right), also 40mm deep. Additionally, blinds with our LED backlight use the chunky 40mm frame with a smaller 40mm deep sub-frame behind that.

Mounts

You can give your framed blind the classic frame-in-a-frame look by ordering it with a mount. We will add a 35mm black-faced card mount, which has a subtle white inner core, enhancing your blind further.

34mm frame with a mount

A mount can also be used to display more than one blind in just one frame, such as a number blind with a destination blind. We hope to list some bus blind sets soon, but for now please email us for more information.

Included as standard

Every framed bus blind we sell includes the following as standard:

• MDF backing board
• 2mm acrylic glazing - shatterproof and clearer than glass
• Felt pads to protect your wall
• Standard hanging kit (or heavy duty kit with larger illuminated blinds)
• Illuminated blinds come with batteries

We can frame your own blind

Subject to your blind being suitable, we can frame your blind and even build one of our LED backlights for it. For more information please see our using your own blind section.
