Delivery Information
Cut & unframed blinds
If you order an unframed blind from us we will cut it and post it to you
in a strong tube using Royal Mail First Class delivery. We aim to post
within 2 working days and Royal Mail aim to deliver it the next working day,
but please allow up to 5 working days.
If you have asked us to source a blind that we do not stock then
delivery times will vary and we will advise accordingly.
Framed blinds & illuminated blinds
All frames and LED backlights are custom made for each order, securely
packaged, and sent using Parcelforce express48 delivery. Please allow up
to 14 working days for your order to be delivered, although it is
normally less than this, and we will keep you updated by email with
delivery information including your Parcelforce tracking number. Please
note, Parcelforce will require a signature.
If you have asked us to source a blind that we do not stock then
delivery times will vary and we will advise accordingly.
Urgent delivery requests
If you find you need a blind (cut, framed or illuminated) in a hurry
(e.g. birthday or wedding gift) then please
email us
and we will do our best to help. We can post cut blinds same day using Royal Mail
First Class with an aim of next day delivery. Framed and illuminated
blinds may be able to be built to a deadline and delivered by
Parcelforce express24 or Timed services. Please note these services are
only available by
contacting us and there may be an additional delivery
cost.
Busy periods / bad weather conditions
Please note that busy times such as Christmas,
New Year, bank holidays etc. and poor weather conditions can slow down
delivery services. Where possible we will inform you of anticipated delays
and last order dates on our home page or by email. If time is a critical
factor in your order please
